Career opportunities at Wedgewood Manor are:

  • Full-time CNA's  $1200 sign-on bonus for full time 
  • Full-time LPN/RN    $5000 sign-on bonus   

  • Part/Flex time RN/LPN   
  • Part-time CNA's       
  • Full time Cook PM Shift  Every other weekend/ rotating holidays      
  •    RN MDS Coordinator/Charge Nurse     
    • Must have current RN Licensure in the state of ND.
    • 1-2 years of clinical geriatric experience a plus.
    • MDS Certification is preferred
    • (Facility will cover cost for certification if needed).

  • Physician/Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant: Pembina County Memorial Hospital in Cavalier, ND, named one of the top Critical Access Hospitals in the U.S. in 2019, is seeking a Physician/Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for our rural health clinic, 20-bed critical access hospital, and co-located 40-bed nursing home.  Must have a current North Dakota license or be eligible to obtain.  Full-time hours with some emergency room call.  Very competitive salary and great benefits! Applications accepted through February 8.
