Pembina County Memorial Hospital's emergency room is staffed 24 hours, seven days a week by medical and nursing staff that are certified in advanced trauma and cardiac life support. PCMH has a Level IV Trauma designation with access to Avera eEmergency via video within the emergency room. The emergency room participates in the state stroke and cardiac programs to provide the most current treatments available.
