Directions to Pembina County Memorial Hospital, Wedgewood Manor, and Clinicare

Pembina County Memorial Hospital is located at 301 Mountain St. E. From North Dakota Highway 5 turn South on Highway 18. Turn North on Mountain Street and go 2 blocks. We are located on the South side of the street. From Interstate 29 turn West at exit 203. Travel West on Highway 18 for 18 miles into Cavalier. Turn North on Mountain Street (one block South of stoplight) and go 2 blocks.

Wedgewood Manor is located at 804 Main St W. From North Dakota Highway 5 as you come into town we are located on the North side of the road. From Highway 18 turn West on Highway 5 and proceed West through town. We are located on the North side of the Highway.
