C.E. offers a safe, convenient one level floor
plan. The layout of the building promotes informal socializing with
its central lounge and community kitchen. One and two-bedroom
apartments are available.
Each apartment features a full kitchen, living
area, bath, with ample closet space. A security system consisting
of door locks, smoke alarms, door security/visitor call system and
emergency call system answered by the Wedgewood Manor nursing
staff.
In addition to rent (two bedroom, $595/month
and one bedroom $485/month) tenants are responsible for their
monthly electric bill, phone and cable television (optional).
